It has come to our attention that puppy brokers are operating in South Africa. 

Over the last few weeks we have received numerous enquiries (from the same person/s) about the availability of puppies and upcoming litters.  On further investigation we have found that these person/s are operating as puppy brokers.  They buy puppies (cheaply) from mostly lesser known breeders/first time breeders and export them as top quality puppies (at a big profit) to unsuspecting overseas buyers.

Anybody wanting to buy Bulldog puppies from South Africa is welcome to contact the Cape Bulldog Club.  We will give you as much information as possible on breeders/puppies/bloodlines etc.

Breeders, please check the credentials of potential buyers, before selling them your puppies.  If you allow pet quality puppies to be exported as puppies with show potential, as the registered breeder it is not only your name and reputation at risk, but the reputation of the Bulldog breed in South Africa as a whole.
